The Company

Welcome to our new web site. We are an active Estate Agency run by two Chartered Surveyors. Guy Thomas founded the company in 1971 and was joined by Richard Ormond in 1982. Between us we have over 50 years experience in the local property market.

Our professionally run office is strategically located in Pembroke within the heart of English speaking South Pembrokeshire. From here our motivated and energetic sales team sell properties from Amroth in the east to Angle in the west.

The Location

The area we cover incorporates the beautiful southern section of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal national park in the United Kingdom. The spectacular rugged coastline contains various sandy beaches and coves. Pembroke is a medieval town famous for its superb Norman castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor. Nearby Pembroke Dock has an Irish Ferries terminal connecting to Rosslare. Between the two towns there is a good range of shops, schools and other amenities.

Tenby is the "Jewel in the Crown" of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The beaches are magnificent and there are some excellent tourist attractions. Tenby Harbour The former market town of Narberth nowadays boasts some interesting shops. The coastal villages of Amroth, Wiseman's Bridge, Saundersfoot, Penally, Manorbier, Freshwater East, Bosherston and Angle all have their own character as do the riverside villages of Cosheston, Carew, Cresswell Quay and Lawrenny. Our climate is mild and the area is well supplied with activity facilities including golf, bowls, sailing, swimming pools plus leisure clubs. The county town Haverfordwest is about 20 minutes drive from Pembroke and the M4 motorway can be reached in around 40 mins.
